Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blige, Steve Lacy, and More to Perform at 2023 Grammys
The first batch of 2023 Grammy Awards performers has been announced. Performing at the Los Angeles event on February 5 are: Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blige, Brandi Carlile, Luke Combs, Steve Lacy, Lizzo, Kim Petras, and Sam Smith.

Bad Bunny is nominated for three awards at the 2023 Grammys, including Album of the Year, making him the first nominee in the category with an all-Spanish-language album. Back at the 2021 Grammy Awards, he and Jhay Cortez played “Dákiti.” Mary J. Blige is also nominated for Album of the Year for the deluxe version of Good Morning Gorgeous. It’s one of six 2023 nominations for the legendary R&B star. Steve Lacy got four nominations at the 2023 Grammy Awards, including Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance for breakthrough hit “Bad Habit.”
All of the 2023 ceremony’s announced performers are nominated for at least one Grammy this year. Bad Bunny is nominated for three, including Album of the Year (Un Verano Sin Ti is the first all-Spanish-language LP to be nominated in the Grammys’ most coveted category). Blige also earned an AOTY tap for Good Morning Gorgeous (Deluxe). Lacy is nominated four times — three for his ultra-viral hit “Bad Habit” alone. Lizzo has five chances to win an award this year, Carlile has seven, Combs has three, and Petras and Smith’s joint track “Unholy” is nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
